Privacy notice
This notice describes the personal data this website collects, based on how the pages are built. It is written in plain English for visitors. It is not a full statement of every legal duty that may apply to us as a Qatar Financial Centre firm.
Who we are
The site is operated by M2M Business Growth, AI & Exit Strategists LLC, a Qatar Financial Centre firm, registration QFC#05585.
Our address, phone number and email are the details on the contact page: Tornado Tower, Floor 22, West Bay, Doha, Qatar; +39 347 984 3794; team@m2mstrategists.com. Please use that page if you want to ask about your personal data.
What you send us on a form
We collect personal data when you choose to submit a form. Each form includes a hidden field that must be left empty; it is a spam check, and we do not treat it as a contact detail.
- Contact (on the contact page). Full name, company, email address, phone number (optional), and a message (optional).
- Keep in touch (on the M2M Framework page). Full name and email address, so we can send occasional material about the Miner to Millionaire (M2M) Framework.
- Book enquiry (on the M2M Framework page). Email address, so we can tell you when the Miner to Millionaire book launches.
Where a form submission goes
The forms are Netlify Forms. Netlify stores the submission so we can receive it. Our hosting then runs a function named submission-created, which does three things with the fields you sent:
- Emails the details to team@m2mstrategists.com.
- Sends you a short confirmation email from the same address.
- Creates or updates a contact in HubSpot, using your email address, and, where you provided them, your name, company and phone. It also records which form you used: contact, keep-in-touch, or book-enquiry.
The emails are sent through Resend, which is the email service that function calls. We use the details to reply to you, to send what you asked for, and to keep one record of the enquiry for the team.
If the form cannot be delivered to Netlify, the page opens a draft in your own email program containing what you typed, so you can send it yourself. On the contact page that draft is addressed to ph@m2mstrategists.com. On the framework page it is addressed to team@m2mstrategists.com. Your email provider handles that draft; our form does not.
The website does not pass form details to anyone other than Netlify, Resend, HubSpot, and those team inboxes.
Analytics
Every page loads Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-8XTQVTNBNF, through the Google tag (gtag.js). The code does not add a cookie banner or extra analytics settings. Google's tag may use cookies and collect usage data, such as the pages you view and information about your browser and device, under Google's own terms. You can control cookies in your browser.
Fonts
The stylesheet loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files from Google when it displays a page.
Booking a call
"Book a Call with Paul" opens a Calendly page in a new tab (calendly.com/ph-paulhopewell/book-a-call-with-paul). The booking form is on Calendly, not on this site. If you complete it, Calendly collects what you enter, under Calendly's terms. This website's code does not receive that form.
Hosting
Netlify hosts the site. Delivering a page means Netlify processes the request, which includes ordinary technical data such as your IP address and the address of the page.
How long we keep form details
The website does not set an automatic deletion date. We keep what you send so we can reply, send the keep-in-touch notes or the book announcement you asked for, and hold the contact record in HubSpot. You can ask us to delete it. Use the contact page and tell us the email address you used, so we can find the right record.
Asking for a copy or a correction
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data these forms hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop writing to you. Use the contact page. We will need enough detail to find the record, usually the email address you submitted.
Terms of use
These terms cover your use of m2mstrategists.com. They are issued by M2M Business Growth, AI & Exit Strategists LLC, a Qatar Financial Centre firm (QFC#05585).
What the site is
The pages describe our work. They are general information. They are not advice for your business, and reading them does not make you a client. We take care over what we publish. A page can still be incomplete, or out of date, or a poor fit for your situation.
Paid services
The M2M Growth, AI & Exit Audit is described on the audit page. Throughout October and November 2026 the audit is free of charge. The usual fee is £1,495. Signing up takes no payment. Where we later agree ongoing help, that is the M2M Business Concierge, also described on the audit page. Paid work is covered by the agreement we make with you at the time, not by these website terms alone.
Using the pages
Please use the site lawfully, and do not misuse the forms or try to disrupt the site. The text, images and framework material on these pages belong to us unless we say otherwise. You may read them and share links to them. Please ask us before copying them for your own commercial use.
Other websites
Links can take you to Calendly, to paulhopewell.com, or to the client portal. Those are separate sites with their own terms. We are not responsible for them. The client portal link in the menu is portal.m2mstrategists.com.
Changes
We may update this page. The date under the heading will change when we do. Questions about these terms go through the contact page.
